Practice Update

We hope you are all keeping well and safe during the recent months.

We continue to work in our ‘new normal’ routine and are still limited in how many patients we can see at the practice due to NHS guidelines and regulations.

That means if you have a routine appointment at Buttercross View Dental in the coming days and weeks, it is likely that it will need to be rescheduled and we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.

If you are experiencing a dental emergency, such as severe dental pain, a facial swelling, or problems with dental ulceration, then we urge you to please contact the practice by telephone, who will advise you what to do.

If you are unable to speak to someone straight away, then please leave a message on the answerphone and we aim to call you back on the same day or as soon as possible

Again, we will aim to respond to you on the same day. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to, then will respond to your email the following day.

Your safety, and that of our team is our top priority, so please do not attend practice in person for any reason unless you are asked to do so. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms you should self-isolate and seek advice through NHS 111 or online
